Does this M10 package include the Smith Machine?

Yes. This package includes the Force USA M10 Smith Machine option.

Are weight stacks included?

Yes. The package includes two 68kg selectorised weight stacks, one for each side of the M10 cable system.

Does the M10 still require weight plates if it has weight stacks?

The weight stacks provide resistance for the cable system, while the included Olympic plates can be used for compatible plate-loaded and strength exercises. Having both systems gives the package greater training versatility.

Does the package include an adjustable bench?

Yes. A Force USA Pro Series FID Bench is included.

How much Olympic weight is included?

The package includes 125kg of Force USA Olympic weight plates across 18 individual plates.

Is an Olympic barbell included?

No. We have deliberately supplied the package as a 125kg plate set without an additional Olympic barbell. Customers requiring a separate Olympic bar can add one according to their preferred specification.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, but it offers substantially more capability than most beginner home gyms. It is particularly well suited to customers who want equipment they can continue progressing with for many years.

Is the M10 suitable for experienced lifters?
