Quick adjustments between exercises

Choose from 25 cable starting positions to suit different movements and users. Enclosed carriage handles allow one-handed adjustment, while colour-coded pull-pins make adjustment points easy to identify.

One central stack, two cable handles

The 136 kg selectorised stack streamlines load changes. Both cables connect to this central stack.

This distinction matters when comparing functional trainers: the stack’s physical weight is different from the resistance delivered at the handles.

Optional resistance upgrade

The FTRHS Heavy Stack add-on adds approximately 45 kg, increasing total stack weight to approximately 181 kg. Maximum effective resistance increases to approximately 45 kg with one handle or 91 kg combined with both handles.

The heavy stack is an optional upgrade, separate from the standard configuration.

Pull-ups, accessories and guided setup

A knurled multi-grip pull-up bar offers wide and narrow grip options. Two D-handles come as standard.

The optional FTRHP Handle Package adds a straight bar, EZ-curl bar, rope, sports handle and ankle cuff for additional exercise choices.

Five storage hooks keep attachments accessible. A magnetic device holder accommodates a phone or tablet, and colour-coded exercise placards illustrate starting and finishing positions.
