Two independent 70kg selectorised weight stacks allow different users to train simultaneously while selecting resistance appropriate to their workout. Each stack provides 13 resistance levels for quick, convenient weight changes.

Heavy-duty 70 × 50 × 2.0mm and 60 × 60 × 2.0mm steel tubing provides the foundation of the JX 1600, while 2000lb tensile-strength aircraft cables are designed for demanding cable-based training.
