Adjustable cables for varied exercises
With 18 starting positions and one-handed pulley adjustment, users can change the cable height to suit their setup. Clearly marked adjustment points make transitions between exercises straightforward.
Two included D-handles provide a starting point for cable training. Depending on the exercise and accessories used, a session can include presses, rows, curls, fly movements and rotational work.
Dual 95 kg weight stacks
Each side has a 95 kg selectorised stack, giving the machine a total stack weight of 190 kg. Select the load using the weight pin rather than loading separate plates.
The 1:2 pulley ratio delivers approximately 47.5 kg effective resistance at each handle when its full stack is selected. This distinction helps users understand the difference between stack weight and the resistance they pull.
Pull-up options and organised accessories
Multi-grip pull-up handles add bodyweight training options. Six storage pegs keep cable accessories accessible between exercises.
The optional VST600-FTHP handle package adds a V-bar, triceps rope and curl bar. These accessories are sold separately from the standard two D-handles.
Clear exercise guidance
Colour-coded placards illustrate exercise start and finish positions and identify targeted muscle groups, helping users understand the machine’s training options.
