The Force USA® MyRack is manufactured using state-of-the-art, fully automated laser cutting and robotic welding technology. Static weight tested to hold up to 900kg and engineered using a combination of 12 gauge (2.3mm) steel, 2.4" (60mm) uprights and 10 gauge (3mm) support brackets, the MyRack rivals other power racks without compromising on weight capacity. The MyRack features Westside hole spacing with 54 laser-cut holes, which include different numbered adjustment points to perfectly position any size user for bench press, squats, and more. The numbered holes make each and every workout easier because you don’t have to guess which height you need to adjust the J-hooks or safeties. You simply have to write down or remember, which numbers you use for certain exercises.

What is the Force USA MyRack?

The MyRack is a modular power rack that allows you to start with the base frame and customise the system using different chin-up bars, safeties, J-hooks and training attachments. Fitness Network states that more than 100 configurations are possible.

How much weight can the Force USA MyRack hold?

Fitness Network specifies a 900kg static weight rating.

Is the Force USA MyRack suitable for home use?

Yes. The MyRack is particularly well suited to serious home and garage gyms and is rated Light Commercial by Fitness Network.

Does the MyRack include J-hooks?

The current Base Unit configurator treats J-hooks as a selectable addition, so customers should choose the required bar-support option when configuring their rack.

Does the MyRack include safeties?

The Base Unit allows customers to choose from several safety options, including Pin & Pipe, Box Tube, Front Rack Half Safety and Safety Slings.

Can I add a cable system to the MyRack?

Yes. The MyRack ecosystem includes cable-based expansion options, and Fitness Network's Ultimate package currently includes two Cable Crossover units as part of its configuration.

Can I upgrade my MyRack later?

Yes. That's one of the system's biggest advantages. You can start with a simpler configuration and add compatible MyRack attachments as your training requirements change.

Does the Force USA MyRack need to be bolted down?

The MyRack as suitable for freestanding or bolt-in configurations. Installation should follow the manufacturer's requirements for the chosen setup and attachments.

Thought it would be fairly sturdy but when i received it, it was better than I thought. I purchased one of the chin up options and two sets of J hooks and they are all superb quality. I also didn't realise that it also came pre-installed with 2 Olympic and 2 standard bar holders which was a pleasant surprise. Also very easy to install, even by myself but recommend having someone else helping.

Used to own a Rouge system, it worked well but I was never overly impressed, setup was a hassle, and the price was pretty high. We moved and sold that system so we were in the market for something new. We started googling and landed on the MyRack page. The system looked to good to be true for the price but we took a chance and bought the my rack with both arm attachments. When it arrived I started looking over the materials and was impressed. It's all really solid and for the most part everything fits together like a glove. I set up the rack in about an hour and 1/2 by myself. Putting both arms on took about another 6 or 7 hours since I ran into some snags with the instructions (I had to use rubber mallet just little and that wasn't mentioned). My only real suggestion to make the products better is just to add a bit more clarifying direction on setting up the pulley arms. The instructions for the rack are very simple to follow but when you get to working with the pulleys it gets fuzzy in a few spots. After seeing the quality we also bought the MyBench and it is just as well made and impressive! Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase. I've only been using it for a week and 1/2 now but so far not one issue, handles whatever weight I throw at it and everything works smoothly with little to no wobble or movement (I didn't feel the need to bolt our system to the slab in our garage). So 10/10, would do again.

The Force USA MyRack has with out a doubt been the best gym equipment I have ever purchased! My only regret is I didn’t make this decision years ago! Centre of the home gym I have had the rack for about 4 months now and couldn’t be any happier. The quality is A1, it was easy to assemble by my self and stands the test several times a week. I love that I have the option to ever expand it in many ways over time.
