BowFlex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells

15 weight settings.

Transform your home strength training with the BowFlex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells.

Each dumbbell adjusts from just 2.3 kg up to 23.9 kg, allowing you to change resistance simply by returning the dumbbell to its storage tray and turning the SelectTech adjustment dials.

With 15 selectable weight settings per dumbbell, one pair can replace a substantial rack of conventional fixed dumbbells while taking up a fraction of the floor space.

Additional Information

2.3–23.9 KG PER DUMBBELL

The SelectTech 552 provides the following settings:

2.3, 3.4, 4.5, 5.7, 6.8, 8.0, 9.0, 10.2, 11.4, 13.6, 15.9, 18.2, 20.5, 22.7 and 23.9 kg

That gives users relatively small increments at lighter weights before progressing into larger increments as resistance increases.

Quick SelectTech Adjustment

Instead of removing plates, collars or spinlocks between exercises, the SelectTech system lets the user select the desired resistance using adjustment dials at either end of the dumbbell.

The locking mechanism engages the appropriate plates while the unused plates remain in the storage tray.

That's especially useful during workouts involving multiple exercises or different muscle groups where resistance needs to change frequently.

15 WEIGHT SETTINGS PER DUMBBELL

Compact Home Gym Solution

Each dumbbell measures approximately:

43 × 21.2 × 22.8 cm

With the weights stored within their individual trays, the system requires dramatically less storage space than maintaining the equivalent selection of fixed dumbbells. BowFlex

This makes the 552 particularly attractive for home gyms, apartments and training areas where floor space is limited.
