Fitted with a high-contrast, colour LCD display, the T9 offers easy access to your stats at all times during your workout. If you don’t feel like following a structured workout through one of the many compatible apps, there are 10 built-in programs to choose from The BowFlex T9 can reach speeds of up to 12 mph (19 km/h) and has a motorised incline of up to 15%. Speed and incline can be adjusted in a heartbeat with intuitive dial controls and an ultra-responsive drive system—ideal for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The T9 is equipped with a large 152 x 56 cm tread belt, enhanced with Flex Zone cushioning that offers all the support and stability you need to reach the finish line. There are integrated pulse grips for monitoring your heart rate, and dual fans built-in that keep you cool as you run.
